Refund & Return Policy – MandiX

At MandiX, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund for products purchased through the MandiX application or website.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Missing items in the order

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery through the app or customer support.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in case of damage or incorrect delivery:

  • Fresh vegetables and fruits

  • Food, tiffin, or perishable items

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable”


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Raise a return request via the MandiX app or support channel

  2. Share clear images/videos of the product (if required)

  3. Our team will review and respond within a reasonable time

Approved returns may be picked up or refunded without pickup, depending on the product category.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once a return is approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds may be issued via bank transfer or wallet

MandiX is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch from the seller

  • Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible

  • For perishable items, cancellation after confirmation is not allowed


6. Quality Concerns

If you receive a product that does not meet expected quality standards, please report it immediately. We will take appropriate action after verification.


7. Pricing & Refund Adjustments

Refunds will be processed based on the product price paid at the time of purchase. Delivery charges, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the issue is caused by MandiX or the seller.


8. Right to Refuse

MandiX reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:

  • Repeated misuse of the policy

  • False claims

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
